Alberts Tofuhaus has produced Tofu for 25 years. The company also produces similar products from lupins and other legumes as well as lupin based delicatessen products. They have modern equipment for seed processing and extensive technical knowledge of seed fractionation. Actually the company uses gluten in a range of products, but is strongly interested to replace the gluten by new protein ingredients.
