Angermuehle has a more than 100 years history in grain milling processing mostly regional products for small and medium sized bakers. Beside that, Angermuehle started already in the 1970ies with the production of premixes and special flours. These activities are still mostly for bakery products and some technical applications, therefore the project will allow an extension of the business fields towards producers of meat analogues and delicatessen.
